DARHOR SOLENOID VALVE – MODEL DHG51

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

Darhor's DHG51 valve is a three-way, direct acting solenoid valve, used for environments such as water, steam, gas, oil, and other liquids. The valve can be made of brass or stainless steel, with a variety of seals such as NBR, EPDM, Viton (FKM).

Some versions have "normally open" or "normally closed" options when there is no electricity.

Orifice size / DN DN about 1.6-4.0 mm (equivalent to port sizes ~ 1/8", 1/4")

Port thread / connection NPT, BSP, BSPT, G… depending on version; common international standard thread.

Valve body material Brass (copper) or Stainless Steel (stainless steel) 304 / 316 depending on version.

Gasket / seal material NBR, EPDM, Viton (FKM) — to suit water, oil, steam, and mild chemical environments.

Voltage / Coil There are optional AC (110V, 220V) and DC (12V, 24V) versions.

Working pressure Usually in the range of 0-13 bar (some versions up to ~8 bar if it is a small valve / used in mild environments).

Operating temperature Approximately -10°C to +80°C or versions up to ~120°C depending on body/gasket material.

3. USES :

DHG51 valves can be used in the following systems:

• Control of gas, steam, water, oil flows — in automation systems that require flow diversion (e.g. selecting between two inlets, two sources, or switching between use and bypass).

• Water treatment systems, steam generators, heating or cooling systems, where it is necessary to split/redirect flow or open and close valves automatically.

• In production machinery, automation equipment that requires a 3-way valve to control multiple pipelines with the same valve.

• Civil or light industrial applications such as sprinkler systems, spray equipment, industrial washing machines, liquid handling.
